Franchise marketing reporting

Franchise Tech Studio builds custom marketing reporting tools for franchise operators. A reporting project can bring Meta campaign spend, lead volume, and cost per lead into one view across locations, so headquarters and local operators can work from the same numbers.

TELL US WHAT YOU’RE TRYING TO SOLVE

What should a location reporting view show?

A useful starting view connects three things: how much each location spent, how many leads that spend produced, and the resulting cost per lead. A network summary helps teams see the whole picture; location rows help them investigate differences.

  • Meta advertising spend for a clearly defined reporting period.
  • Lead counts using a consistent definition across locations.
  • Cost per lead calculated from spend divided by leads.
  • Network totals derived from location data, with reporting dates and missing data made clear.

How should teams compare locations?

Use the same date range, currency, and lead definition before comparing results. Network cost per lead is total spend divided by total leads, rather than an average of each location’s cost per lead. If there are no leads, show that clearly instead of displaying a misleading zero cost.

A lower cost per lead does not by itself prove better business performance. Teams may also need lead quality, appointments, or sales from their existing systems to understand what happened after an inquiry. Those connections belong in the project discussion.

When would you build a custom reporting tool?

An existing reporting platform may cover standard dashboards. Custom reporting is worth discussing when your account structure, location mapping, shared workflow, or connections to other systems leave an important gap.

Start by sharing the report your team uses today, where the numbers come from, and who needs to act on them. We can then define a focused product around that workflow.

Before we build.

Is the Meta Ads dashboard on this site a live product?

The homepage dashboard is an illustrative product concept with sample data. It shows a possible reporting workflow, rather than a live customer account or an available software subscription.

Can reporting include headquarters and individual locations?

Shared network and location visibility is one of the reporting use cases we explore. Data access, account structure, and what each user should see need to be defined for the project.

What information should I bring to a reporting project?

Bring your current reporting process, advertising account and location structure, definitions for the metrics you use, and the decisions you want the report to support. Email andy@franchisetechstudio.com to start the conversation.
